Your initial 20-minute consultation is free.
Therapeutic support and clinical supervision sessions are charged at £70 per hour. Training and consultancy packages are tailored to your needs and priced individually
following an enquiry.

I offer in-person appointments within the Manchester area, and online sessions via telephone or video call across the UK.

Appointments are flexible and can be arranged during evenings, weekends, and school holidays to suit your needs.

I support children and young people up to the age of 18, as well as their families and
professionals involved in their care.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please email at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will still be charged.

All sessions are bespoke and guided by the needs of the child, young person, family member, or professional. To enhance accessibility, I offer:
Before the Session: - Free introductory video call to build familiarity and reduce anxiety. - Visual resource introducing myself to help prepare for the session. - Visual guide to the venue (for in-person sessions). - Session outline provided in advance to support predictability.
- Social stories available on request to explain what to expect. During the Session: - Use of communication aids, including visual supports, symbols, and easy-read materials.
- Adapted content based on the child or young person’s interests (e.g. Super Mario).
- Sensory items available during in-person sessions.
- Flexible movement options, such as standing, pacing, or taking movement breaks.
- Additional time for processing, responding, breaks, and decompression.
- Emotion check-ins before, during, and after the session.
- Predictable routines and clear transitions to support emotional regulation.
- Option for a trusted adult to be present if preferred. After the Session: - Written summaries and follow-up resources to reinforce learning and support reflection.
